He was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and completed the job efficiently while taking the time to answer all of my questions. What meant the most to me was his kindness. He remembered my late husband and expressed such genuine compassion. Those moments of empathy are never forgotten, and they say so much about a person’s character. This review is for two encounters I had with Thomas Fravel. Makes sure to keep this man in your company. He was very experienced and knowledgeable in his practice. Helped us decide whether to keep old system or get new one. He was human and not only straight business. He and Andy also installed our new system and they did a great job at it. Clean and pretty quick. Way better work than our last system. Overall happy with our experience.

Last evening my AC stopped working. Called Elite AC first thing this morning & was able to schedule an appt for later in the day with a polite and very helpful office staff, who took info carefully & immediately put the process in motion. Seth, the technician, was concerned, knowledgeable and helpful. He repaired one item & got the AC working again in a short time. We had a clear discussion about what remained to be done & Seth gave me info on the options that I requested. I will now be able to make an informed decision about how do go forward. I have not always been entirely pleased with previous service calls. But today I was given the information necessary and will move forward with more confidence in the choice I make. Response and service was excellent and I very much appreciated the efficient way this was handled. It has restored my confidence in this company and office staff and Seth were a great help in the process.
