SO happy with my decision to come here for laser hair removal! Some of the reviews kinda concerned me (mainly the cancellations since both locations are a trek) but I decided to commit to trying. Why I am happy: 1) the laser they use is FAST it took both of my full legs maybe 5-10 minutes 2) its effective - i waited a few weeks to review and i can notice a reasonable reduction 3) staff are nice/Courtni was great and very informative 4) they seem very reasonably priced 5) they probably were over accomadating with communication to help get me scheduled (which I greatly appreciated) I read the disclosure/consent and i got scared to commit to a package because i was concerned my skin would randomly hate it, i now look forward to booking a package with multiple body parts!!
I've been a handful of times over the years and overall this is a good place for facials and massages. I definitely notice a difference with my facials, specifically the dermaplane.
I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and I can’t say enough good things about this spa! The staff is always professional, friendly, and attentive, making every visit a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The new location is absolutely perfect on Jacksonville Beach and adds to the overall ambiance. On top of that, their prices are very reasonable, especially for the 5-star service they provide. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality treatments and excellent care!
