I cannot recommend Kellie at Elase Town Center enough. This was my first face treatment (microneedling) and I had done a lot of research in advance and received a consultation from a highly respected med spa back home in the UK. After hearing wonderful things about Elase I thought I would schedule a consultation and go from there. Kellie was incredibly kind and knowledgable, and her expertise absolutely speaks for itself. Her advice echoed my original consultation to a T, and her additional recommendations and accommodations surpassed all of my expectations. The microneedling treatment itself didn’t hurt even a little bit - and as someone with a needle phobia that’s saying a lot. Kellie was also so accommodating towards my nerves, and the whole process ended up feeling like a spa treatment. I am happy with the results from my first microneedling session, but based on her advice (which correlates precisely with the research I had done), 3 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart is recommended for maximum results. I have already booked my 2nd session and I’m hopeful to see a really positive change in my skin. Again, to reiterate, Kellie was phenomenal regarding all aspects of the process and I will only ever trust my skin in her hands!
Had the absolute BEST experience!!! I got an Erbium laser treatment for the first time and the staff to the dr. was so sweet, thoughtful and listened to my concerns throughout the entire process. I could tell immediately that they knew what they were doing and very knowledgeable about my skin journey. I will absolutely be coming back! 12/10✨
Amanda Peacock is the most incredible asthetics provider I’ve EVER met. I’ve gone to her for multiple treatments and procedures and I had a bit of a breakout with one pertaining to permanent makeup removal on my eyes. She knew exactly what to do, was so patient with me, and did an incredible job to boot. What an incredible healthcare provider. 1000/10.
First of all the inside of the spa is gorgeous....my injector was fantastic and super professional. She took her time with me and did a wonderful job BUT I was only able to get a discount because I was new client. It was made VERY clear to me that there would be no specials moving forward unless I became a MEMBER! RIDICULOUS! I am so incredibly sick of these silly membership programs with medspas. How about just rewarding your loyal customers? The front desk girl had the audacity to tell me as I checked out that it was kind of like "GIRL MATH".....insinuating that I was such a moron that I can't keep track of my own money and they need to do it for me. No thanks. I can keep my own money until I need to visit the med spa again for anything else. There is enough competition out there they really need to get a clue.
Had a wonderful experience with Angie! She listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly the results I was hoping for. The office was very clean, everyone was professional and welcoming and the entire experience felt comfortable from start to finish. I’ll definitely be returning!
