Einstein Bros. Bagels

We are so glad Einstein Bros. Bagels opened here in Fleming Island! Connor served us today and made us feel so welcome. After seeing some mixed reviews, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing (they do close earlier than some spots, so keep that in mind if you’re planning a later visit). Every employee we encountered was kind and friendly. We even saw guests arrive after us and they received the same warm service, which tells me the positive experience wasn’t just a fluke. I’m chalking up the negative reviews I read before as just a bad egg or two. My husband ordered the jalapeño cheddar brisket bagel with eggs, he said it was absolutely delicious and rated it about a 2/5 on the spicy scale. I had the six cheese bagel with egg, sausage, and cheddar (plus a little mayo) and it was amazing, so flavorful and filling! Our toddler enjoyed a giant chocolate chip cookie and declared it “the best she ever had” (and toddlers don’t lie about cookies 😄). For drinks, my husband tried the breakfast blend coffee and liked it, while I went for the blended nitro mocha brew. I usually stick with Starbucks, but this one really impressed me! Right now they’re offering BOGO breakfast sandwiches and free hot coffee, which makes it an even better deal. The store was very clean, and we noticed they also have fresh juices, an app full of deals, online ordering, and even offer a military discount! Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a quick, delicious breakfast spot. We’re so glad to have this new option in our area!

Whatever I’m feeling - Einstein Bros always delivers!! I love their Bagels and huge selection of FRESH topping piled high!! I stopped in to dine though I often order thru DoorDash, and the ENERGY was so good!! The shop was busy with a line to the door and online orders 👀. The staff was so ✨vibrant✨ and engaged with everyone in line. I want them all to know how much I really appreciate their coolness and YUMMY EATS!!

We got half a dozen bagels this morning to go ,and the bagels were on the small side we felt. The bagels also lacked a lot of flavor. We couldn’t taste anything in the blueberry or cinnamon raisin bagels. My wife had onion powder on her cinnamon raisin bagel. That pretty much ruined her bagel. The staff and manager are great ,so they are doing great on that part. I would agree with other customers that they do need to get some shades for the windows because it was very warm inside. It’s only April ,and eating inside along the windows in July and August would be torture. Would we come back? Probably not. It was mainly a food quality issue for not wanting to coming back.

I showed up at 10 and they were packed!!!! So good I got a farm house and maple house and honestly best thing I ever had!! Erica, Brian, and Kiara were all so nice and polite. Kiara made my caramel cold brew and it was delicious :) I will be back yall rock!!!!
