Not your typical chiropractor! East Coast Family Chiropractic has been a great experience. The care feels personal, thorough, and focused on more than just a quick adjustment. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cares. Every time I left, I felt better, either physically, mentally, or both because of the care and support from the team. Highly recommend!

Approximately one month ago, I was referred by the VA to East Coast Family Chiropractic for back pain management; however, a cervical adjustment performed by Dr. Katelyn resulted in severe, persistent headaches that ultimately required two emergency room visits for nerve-block procedures. Prior to this treatment, I had no history of headaches, and attending ER physicians confirmed that cervical manipulations carry significant risks. Despite emergency intervention, I continue to suffer from constant cranial pressure and pain that severely disrupts my sleep, limits my concentration at work, and negatively impacts my mental well-being. Furthermore, the clinic has only issued a partial refund for my out-of-pocket expenses, despite their obligation to bill the VA directly for my care. I normally don't write reviews but I do want to warn the public and share my experience.

Ive had many chiropractors visits in my life, Dr. Morgan is definitely the best. My concerns really felt heard and she very much catered a plan for me. On top of feeling progressively better, the staff made me feel like family.

Great experience. Everyone, and I mean everyone, has incredible expertise. They listen, make recommendations, and provide clear explanations for why. Excellent experience! UPDATE:: Stenosis Reduced Needed a MRI. The radiologist pointed out that my “STENOSIS IS SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED SINCE PREVIOUS MRI”. Previous MRI was 2021. I didn’t think stenosis could be reduced but here it is! Thank you Thank you! Stenosis Reduced!
