I've had back issues since I was young - typically goes out a couple times a year and I can barely move for a few weeks. I've been going to Dr. Heinz on a regular basis for about 3 years as of this writing and I've largely avoided any outages which prevent me from doing the things I love: workouts, golf, pickleball, etc. Dr. Heinz is very knowledgeable about all sorts of pain and injuries and has an array of therapies he can use to provide relief. I highly recommend Dr. Heinz and will continue to see him every few weeks to keep me feeling my best.

I can’t recommend this practice highly enough. Not only is he an excellent chiropractor, but his expertise in Active Release Technique (ART) really sets him apart. He goes beyond basic adjustments and takes the time to understand the root cause of aches and pains. I’ve seen significant improvement in issues that I thought I would just have to live with. He’s knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely cares about helping his patients feel better. If you’re dealing with any kind of pain or tightness, this is absolutely the place to go.

I came to True Wellness with a shoulder injury. I have seen chiropractors over many years. None compare to Dr Heinz. He spends 30 minutes during the visit, and the treatments are very effective and get results quickly. Unlike other chiropractors that want you to come for multiple visits ongoing, his goal is to treat and help you quickly. He prevented me from needing surgery and injections. I first visited True Wellness after tweaking my back working out. The practice had good reviews, so I gave them a try. Dr. Heinz is great. He’s not the type of chiro that will prescribe unnecessary treatments to take your money. As an active person, I visit monthly for adjustments and maintenance. I feel great and have maintained and improved my range of motion. I would definitely recommend Dr. Heinz if you’ve looking for a chiropractor.
