I re-injured my back a few weeks ago and before that I felt super stiff in my lumbar spine in general. I was referred to Dr.Shane and decided to pursue his chiropractic care this time around instead of standard physical therapy. I’m glad I went this route because I’ve been able to get dry needling integrated into my treatment here which I never had before and I honestly can say that even now while I’m still healing from my injury, I feel less stiff in my back now than even before my injury. I really appreciate the treatment approach Dr.Shane takes with incorporating these extra tools to help get you back to feeling great while also educating you along the way and being realistic with you. He has been super helpful and kind and I would highly recommend him, to any of my fellow athletes especially, that are battling a recurring injury and want to find some real conservative relief!

I highly recommend Dr Shane for anyone in need of chiropractic services. I recently visited him w/ a pinched nerve in my upper back causing a ton of neck pain and lack of mobility. Within 2 visits, he had me back to normal. Very knowledgeable, thorough and his sole focus was to get me healed. I’ve been to chiropractors in the past immediately looking to get me on a 6-12 month regiment, not the case at all w/ Dr Shane. Can’t say enough good things about my experience there!
