Earth Salt Stone

Today, I experienced pure bliss at Earth Salt Stone, where the atmosphere is both welcoming and calming. Practicing yoga and meditation in the serene salt cave was a transformative experience, enveloped in the therapeutic properties of the salt. The tranquil environment allowed me to reconnect with myself and find inner peace. Tamara’s yoga therapy skills are truly exceptional, showcasing wisdom and expertise beyond her years. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting Earth Salt Stone to anyone seeking to re-ground themselves and embrace a moment of serenity in their busy lives. The energy inside could be felt as soon as walked into the studio.

I have loved my experiences in the salt cave, and the staff here is so lovely. My breathing, allergies, and congestion are looking forward to future visits for sure! There is also a really cool gift area and the whole overall vibe is so chill and welcoming. I’m glad i Ubered over to check it out!

I’m so excited that we finally have a Salt Cave in Jax!! It’s so calming and peaceful. I have asthma and skin issues and going to the salt cave has helped tremendously with both. Their shop has so many wonderful items for myself and for gifts. I wish I could go everyday! They host classes and events all the time! Don’t hesitate to check it out!
