They had an odd breaker that we might have needed to get some equipment up in running! They are very knowledgeable and will even do returns within their framework! Just as an FYI they primarily carry only breakers and limited other items no wire etc. Call to see if they have what you’re looking for!!

Wow! I was amazed with the service. I'm just a DIYer with limited knowledge. Rich took his time to listen to my electrical problem even looking at photos of my circuit panel ultimately selling me an $11 breaker instead of the out of manufacture $75 breaker I thought I needed! I would rate him 10 stars if I could because his service was way beyond expectations!
I went to dual electric because a fuse in my home had blown (so I thought) but the guys at this place not only helped me with testing the fuse what I thought was a blown fuse, they told me what could be wrong because the fuse wasn't bad. I was very appreciative for them that day because slot of companies are there to just make a sale but they were not they helped me save money and fix the problem.
Disappointed!! They refused to return the breaker in the same day I had bought it 07/18/2025
Highly disappointed! Drove across town to buy a breaker and they wrote my business credit card number down on a scrap sheet of paper, to carry into another room to run my card because that's their version of "contact free" . Seems very unsafe and not secure to me. When I questioned it I was asked to leave. Not professional!
