Working with Don back in 2019 was truly one of the best decisions I made during both the purchase and sale of my home. From start to finish, he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in making the process as smooth as possible for me. He took the time to explain every step in a way that actually made sense, which gave me so much confidence during what can normally feel like a stressful experience. Whether it was answering my endless questions, helping me understand my options, or ensuring I was getting the best possible outcome, he consistently went above and beyond. What stood out most was his level of professionalism and responsiveness. I always felt like a priority, and his guidance made a huge difference in both my home purchase and later sale. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such a personal, supportive approach. I can’t recommend him highly enough to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and experienced mortgage lender. He truly made the entire process seamless and positive from beginning to end.
I would like to Thank Donald at SWBC Mortgage. We were very impressed with his Professionalism and thoroughness along with his entire team. Home buying is complex but Donald was there with us all the way even at the closing table. Highly recommend Donald and SWBC as I’m sure they will get cascading business in the future. Thanks again Donald 😃 Ruben and Consqailla Toney New Ryan Home Buyers in Saint Augustine FL
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Donald for over 8 years, both professionally and personally. He has handled my own mortgage and refinance, as well as many loans for my clients, and consistently delivers a smooth, reliable experience. Donald is exactly the kind of lender you want in your corner—knowledgeable, responsive, and committed to getting the job done right. I truly appreciate having him as a trusted resource for myself, my family, and my clients. Highly recommend!
I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Donald. The entire mortgage process, from start to finish, was smooth, efficient, stress-free due to his expert guidance, exceptional communication, and patience. I will definitely be recommending Donald and his team to all my friends and family.
Donald & SWBC Mortgage helped my mom when she purchased her home years ago and she recommended that I reach out to him when I was looking for mortgage company/lender. It was great working with Donald; he made the entire mortgage process seamless, easy and understandable. He was very professional, kind, patient and communicative. I appreciate that he was also very quick to answer any of my questions. Donald even accompanied us to closing and has continued to assist with the post-closing process (the reminder emails are a huge help). I would definitely recommend Donald and his team to my friends, family and any first time homebuyers!
