DIESEL Strength and Conditioning

This is the first crossfit gym that I've ever been to that I was genuinely sad when I had to transfer out of the area. Coaches Ali and Greg are really great people who actually care about their people and their progress. Everyone I met here was super friendly and positive and it's such a great environment to be surrounded by. Definitely gonna miss Ali and Greg and will recommend this gym to anyone I know that's in the Jacksonville area.

I don’t think it’s possible for me to say enough good things about Ali and Greg and their entire family. I have been training with them since about 2013 and had absolutely zero experience in the gym when I first started. They focus on the fundamentals before ever recommending any weights. They also have vast medical knowledge to explain why you’re doing something rather than just telling you to train a certain way. They’ll listen to your individual goals and help map out a plan of attack. From stretching to strength training as well as nutrition, Diesel is about expanding the capabilities of ourselves both mentally and physically. Not only has my physique improved since joining their gym but I live an overall healthier lifestyle thanks to their coaching. Diesel also operates as a non-profit, providing training to under privileged athletes across N Florida. Again, words cannot convey the immense pleasure I have had working w the entire Cosentino family.

My Son has been coming to Diesel for a year now and we absolutely love Ali, Greg, and their Family! We came in to make sure my son was getting what he needed strength training wise for his baseball, and he absolutely fell in love with it all! He now competes in weightlifting for his off season sport with Team Diesel and we couldn't be happier with his training! The members are great as well! Thanks Ali and Greg! #doyoudiesel

I have been apart of diesel on and off for over 6 yrs. I trust this gym with compared to many other local places I have checked out. Not only do they provide programming that is safe, they consider injuries. I have used them pre and post with multiple pregnancies. This gym is small and personal. They can help you reach your personal goals realistically and safely. I really wouldn't go anywhere else.
