Kokoro Health and Fitness

Seven months after welcoming my fourth child, I started a 12 week program at Kokoro in Atlantic Beach, attending classes three times per week. While weight loss wasn’t my top priority, I still saw noticeable results—losing weight and inches off my body. But more importantly, I gained something even better: a new appreciation for movement, health, and wellness. Kokoro isn’t just a gym—it’s a space that truly embraces the connection between mind, body, and spirit. The small class sizes create a welcoming and supportive environment, which was a game-changer for someone like me who never really enjoyed working out before. The workouts were challenging but fun, and the sense of community made all the difference. Joe and Mindy are incredible coaches, bringing deep knowledge of fitness, nutrition, and overall well-being. They don’t just focus on workouts; they take a holistic approach, helping each person build sustainable health habits. Their passion and expertise are evident in every class, making it easy to stay motivated. If you’re in the Beaches area and looking to get your health in check—whether you’re a beginner, returning to fitness after a break, or just looking for a new challenge—I highly recommend Kokoro. It’s more than just a gym; it’s a place to grow stronger in every way.

Kokoro is a game-changer! The accountability will keep you on track, with coaches who genuinely care about your progress. Every session brings fresh, engaging workouts, so it never feels repetitive. The small group setting fosters a supportive vibe, making every “sweat credit” you earn fun and motivating. Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Kokoro! The trainers are incredibly supportive and motivating — they truly care about helping you succeed. Their training model makes it so much easier to stay consistent and committed, and it really works. After trying countless workout classes over the years, this is the first one that has actually stuck for me and delivered real results. I always leave feeling stronger, more energized, and proud of myself. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a program that actually helps you get in shape and stay on track!

I’ve been a member for about four months and this gym is truly exceptional. The classes are always different, challenging, and fun, and the small group size gives you real one on one support. The community is amazing and the combination of training, nutrition, and their app for one on one guidance and goal tracking is the full package. The workouts are incredibly efficient and effective and I am in the best shape of my life. Highly recommend!
