Dermanova Spa Jacksonville

I’m not sure about the massage because I didn’t get one. But a heads up don’t book online. I booked online for a 2 pm, received a confirmation email. Got there, and was told I didn’t have an appointment and should’ve gotten a message to call and confirm. Explained that I didn’t get this, and showed what I did get. The guy working just seem kind of confused by it, which is fine, but there was nothing they could do.

First of all, we called and booked our appointment, received confirmation, and when we got there they didnt have us on the schedule. Luckily we got there early and they called the other person on the schedule to reschedule. The massage was mediocre, the facial was a joke. The facial was 2 minutes long and missed most of my face besides giving me suction marks where it got stuck on my face. The appointment was rushed because of their mishandling of the schedule. It was a 50 min massage and facial but the whole appointment was 60 mins. There was no real massage either it was mostly just up and down pressure, and they didnt ask about any skin sensitivies or allergies or medications with zero paperwork. We paid almost 200 dollars. There are many other places that offer much better service - i do not recommend

Great atmosphere! Friendly staff and helpful massages. We go often!
