Really beautiful scenery, lots of parking, and a wide ramp for large boats. The ride up to it might be difficult with a longer one though it's a little narrow with lots of bends, might depend on how traffic flows also.
Right on the river next to Fort Clinch. Plenty of places to park after you put your boat in and beautiful sunsets.
I absolutely love DD Bartels Which is now a different name I guess. The kayaking is nice but only on a calm day! If you can get around the bend and Kayak on Eagan's Creek early in the morning, you'll have a great experience.
After a failed attempt at a more populated fishing pier, we headed to the opposite end of the island and landed here. This pier is 100% better! Next to Fort Clinch, this scenic pier offers spectacular views and easy fishing for the kids.
Nice ramp and plenty of parking. Also has bathrooms.
