Absolutely Outstanding Experience! Love the beautiful private suite. I’ve been going to Roxanne for over 5 years. She is truly a master colorist, and with over 30 years in the industry, her skill and knowledge are unmatched. Roxanne took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered thoughtful suggestions based on my inspiration photos. The results are always fun, my color is rich, dimensional, and feels great. I’ve received so many compliments already! She’s not only a seasoned professional but also kind, and genuine person who clearly loves what she does. We have been getting our hair cut here for years. Since live in North Jax this is a long drive for us but Rose and Roxanne are like family. Rose cuts out hair just like we like it done and we have a great time catching up on all the family news while she works. They are very knowledgeable and stay up-to-date on the latest styles and trends . Can't imagine going anywhere else.
Got my hair highlighted with three colors, deep conditioned and cut. Forgot to mention the blow-dry and style! Amazing hospitality and super cute salon! Even brought my sons for shampoos and cuts! My 10 year old is very anxious getting his haircut and said, "the most comfortable haircut ever!" My 16 year old spiced it up with a wolf cut, a modern day mullet. This is the spot in Jacksonville to go to for amazing color, highlights and more! There's even a nail tech on spot, I'll have to check her out next time!
