The salon has such a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere, and every visit feels enjoyable from start to finish. Melissa is an amazing stylist. She’s incredibly talented with both color and color correction, but what really sets her apart is her communication. I never have to guess what my appointment will cost—she always gives me an estimated price beforehand and explains what factors could make the total a little higher or lower depending on how the service goes. She also lets me know how long everything will take, so there are no surprises. If you’re someone who has anxiety, is neurodivergent, or simply appreciates clear communication, I can’t recommend her enough. She always asks for your input, makes sure she understands what you want, and offers thoughtful professional advice without ever being pushy. She has a great eye for color analysis and helped me find shades that truly suit me. I’ve received so many compliments on my hair since seeing her. Another thing I really appreciate is that she’s not gossipy. The conversation is always kind, respectful, and comfortable, which makes the appointment feel genuinely relaxing rather than awkward. Overall, Melissa is an incredibly skilled stylist who is talented, honest, communicative, and easy to be around. If you’re looking for someone who values both great results and a great client experience, I highly recommend booking with her.
I wasn’t quite sure exactly what I wanted, I just knew I wanted wake up and go kind of style and I put all my trust in Autumn. She did not disappoint! The haircut came out better than the inspo picture I showed her! I have gotten so many compliments, and I did nothing to my hair this morning and it’s still cute! Autumn is amazing 11/10 I absolutely recommend!!!
I went in to make the transition to gray a little easier. Sara took the time to figure out exactly what I wanted and provided her own expertise advice when necessary. The years of boxed hair coloring did not make it easy, but Sara was determined to make it work while making sure my hair was healthy. My hair turned out better than I ever imagined. The family loved the color!
I booked Sara and wow she is the best! She took time listening to what I wanted and what my hair goals were, and she made suggestions. She is very detail oriented, she made sure that my hair was exactly how I wanted it. I couldn’t be happier with the results, she did an amazing job! I also love the esthetic of the salon, it’s very relaxing. I can’t wait to go back, I highly recommend Sara and Cultivate Hair Salon.
Melissa went above and beyond with my haircut. She understood exactly what I wanted and went out of her way to make me feel extremely comfortable. Throughout the entire haircut, she provided so many tips on how to style my hair at home and explained why she was doing what she was doing. I’m so appreciative of her services, I left feeling more knowledgeable of my own hair type and how to take care of it. The stylists at Cultivate are so attentive and work hard to ensure you have a great haircut experience. I highly recommend Melissa and the entire studio!
