I have completed All required verifications and still has not received any feedback regarding anything about it , it went from Selena to Veronica and nothing is being since I believe February and I came back and asked for an update in March and still nothing at all, but it still sent me emails Veronica do and cannot complete the job process so I’m not for sure what is going on with my application. Everything was provided with them all my personal information was provided with them so now I’m thinking about contacting a lawyer to see if they can get the information from them and see what is going on, but I do not recommend this company.
Terribly difficult to do business with. Called 5 phone numbers and no person answers. Went to 3 websites related to CCM and not able to get loan information. Zero stars should be an option
My mortgage was sold to these people. There are so many grammatical errors and misspellings on their website that I thought it was a fake company. Their Help center live agents are confused and simply repeat script lines.
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by CrossCountry Mortgage. I have encountered multiple issues with their technology, which consistently fails to work properly. Additionally, their customer service is severely lacking; my emails go unanswered, and when I do manage to speak with a representative, they are often rude and uninformed. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company based on my current experience.
Worst mortgage company I've ever dealt with. Everyone I talk to tells me something different that Contradicts the other. They do not want to help then after they lied they put a time limit on you I do not recommend cross country mortgage. Do yourselves a favor and find a different company to do your mortgage with.
