Worst decision of my life was moving here with my family. The pictures make it look nice! Until you get your keys then your automatically regret moving here! Nothing works correctly because they don’t fix anything this jimmy rig it! They ignore your maintenance request, and roll their eyes when you walk away! The pool is always full of people that don’t live here, and always left trashed! I have to leave my AC ON 62 to make my apartment feel like 72 degrees! Police are always on the premises not for our safety but because people are always calling them lol,… The apartment they show you is not what your apartment will look like so MAKE SURE TO TAKE A WALK IN YOUR APARTMENT! My dish washer was full of junk my cabinets were disgusting on the places that were forgotten to get painted… and whatever they did paint is already peeling off!!! Maintenance doesn’t do much other then ride in their carts and will approve “ DONE” on your requests without even taking a look at it! I have holes on my walls on my floors and if you invite family over make sure it’s at night so they don’t see the problems! I’m not the type of guys to leave reviews but I’d hate for a hard working family to pay so much rent on something soo hood! I mean my daughter room has no lights just a light switch, she used a lamp as if we still live in the 80’s!!! Your family does deserves to be proud of the place. They lay their heads at!
If I could give less than one star it would be done, the air conditioning does not work I have been 3 months since I moved here fighting to get fixed and simply the maintenance people mark as service finished and never come I have a newborn baby and the temperatures have it full of pimples and hives today is the last day that I will try to have the air conditioning repaired the next thing is to take it to the legal. (DON’T MOVE HERE, IT’S SHIT, JUST BE NICE UNTIL YOU SIGN)
Move in experience was fantastic. I was able to move inti my apartment in less than a week My apartment is beautiful. The scenery is amazing 10/100 it’s the perfect reset when returning home because I have the perfect angle of the waters. I can tell my apartment was remodeled. I’m into modern things and I can tell that that’s what they were going for . The kitchen has marble countertops and in the bathroom. I can’t really ask for more from Cove..the rest is up to me when it comes to furnishing and decorating it. The gym area is really nice The door to enter is locked and can only be unlocked with your key fob which gives that luxurious feel. It’s also a spaces area where you can lounge at in the gym. I haven’t been in the pool yet, but I’m looking forward to that this summer .
Maintenance does an excellent job with maintenance calls. Joelle repaired my damaged electrical outlet as well as my clogged bathroom sink. The response time is extremely fast. I have resided here for a year and so far I am pleased with the service.
The young man came in and fixed the problem and was very professional he was very knowledgeable about my problem. He was very respectful and friendly. I just wanted to thank him again for a job well done.
