Courtney Manor Apartments

I've stayed on the property for a year now.. its been very peaceful & maintenance sometimes can be a little behind but when they come they try to take care of everything at that time. The ladies at the office are so welcoming!! It was time to renew my lease & I wanted a 3 bedroom so my teenage girls can have there own rooms & when I tell you Terranne was absolutely amazing at how she held my move with so much care & made sure it was perfect!! It's still quiet in our new building & my girls are soo happy ☺️She's such a wonderful person & I so appreciate her.. Thank you soo much 🫶🏽

Thank you Mr. Valentine for being patient & working until you fixed the items in my apartment.....I also want to thank Ms.Taranne & Ms. Denae for always addressing any concerns I have. The office staff is amazing! As soon as you enter the office, the two ladies at the desks are always smiling & they always make you feel welcome. Thank you all!

I put in a work order with Kaitlynn the other day and with in mins Valintine was here knocking on my door ready to get everything done! He even was able to do a few extra small things i forgot to mention to kaitlynn. Both were such a great help! I look forward to telling my friends and family to move here when the time comes hopefully we can all be in the same building. Fingers crossed!
