I had to update some documents at the Beach location (32250) of CFCU. I met with Brittany Bryant, a Solutions Representative, and she knew exactly what to do and was so patient and kind to answer my questions, explain the process and when to expect that all would be finalized. She even gave me her direct number in case I had questions. She’s one of the reasons I’ve banked at this CFCU location for so many years as they always make me feel like whatever I’m there for, it’s important to them too and I am very thankful for that.

Not pleased at all . My card got compromised and I had to get a uber to this branch location , just for them to have the entire office closed and only have drive thru open , the Uber was nice enough to drive thru and let me attempt to get a new card , the second I pressed the call button and asked for a new debit card the women informed me that she was not able to give me one due to the front being closed . Her exact words are “ we cannot give you a new debit card because there is no way for you to set the pin” okay fine , now I’m out of 30$ to uber and still no card , call member services to see if they could just rush me a new one just for the guy with member services to tell me that the branch LIED and could have issued one and I could have set the pin myself via the debit card customer service line . Now I’m waiting on a rushed card which they tried to initially charge me extra for when the lady at the bank could have just done her job the first time .

Bri at the beaches branch helped me with an issue of removing an online account and helped with the rewards program. She ensured that I fully understood the issue and the remedy. Excellent customer service. Great job Bri and thank you again

We switched to CFCU after years of terrible service from Bank of America, and the only thing that makes me mad about CFCU is that we didn't switch years earlier! Always friendly, always helpful and terrific service without fail. Terrific credit union, I highly recommend them.
