Community First Credit Union

The last 4 visits to the teller lane have been slow. 15 min wait with no one else in line....today 25 min with one car in front of me. There's clearly no actual teller at this location but instead someone going back and forth from somewhere else who barely has time to provide a pleasant visit much less complete members transactions in a timely manner. Am I missing something?

This branch at CFCU Is by far the slowest branch I’ve ever been to. Literally do not go through the drive-through unless you have an hour to waste. It’s sad that Customer Service is no longer a thing in the United States. This used to be a really good branch, but has definitely gone downhill over the last five years

I had an excellent experience at Community First Credit Union thanks to Keanna Long. She was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products and rates and took the time to clearly explain my options. What truly stood out was her dedication — Keanna stayed well after closing to make sure all of my needs were taken care of, along with the branch manager Doug. Their professionalism, patience, and commitment to member services went above and beyond. Community First is lucky to have her and Doug. I highly recommend banking with Community First. Especially at the Merrill road location. The staff and service is unmatched.

The staff at this location are absolutely amazing. They were kind, helpful, and patient with me during my visit. Special shoutout to Oleuo, who hand counted the large deposit I made to ensure I could exchange my currency.
