I want to recognize Joann, the teller, and Janet, the branch manager, at Community First Credit Union for their outstanding customer service. I recently deposited a large check and was informed there would be a five-day hold on the funds. As a small business owner, I needed access to a portion of that money right away. Janet took the time to listen to my situation and was able to provide immediate access to part of the deposit. What impressed me most was not just the solution, but the genuine empathy, professionalism, and willingness to help that both Joann and Janet showed throughout the process. Their exceptional customer service turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive experience. Thank you both for going above and beyond.
