I have to give a heartfelt shout-out to Sarah Williamson. I first met her last year during the Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp Festival, when she encouraged me to open an account with Community First Credit Union. Looking back, it was one of the best financial decisions I’ve made. From day one, Sarah made me feel valued and truly cared about. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and she takes the time to explain the importance and benefits of banking with Community First Credit Union Because of the trust and care she showed me, I even opened three youth accounts for my children. Even though there aren’t any branches close to where I live, I still enjoy doing my banking with Community First Credit Union whenever I’m vacationing in Fernandina Beach. Sarah’s kindness, professionalism, and passion for helping people made a lasting impression on me and my family. Thank you for making banking feel personal again.

I would like to compliment Ty for the exceptional customer service he provided after I had to callback to speak to a supervisor. He listened, analyzed my inquiries, researched and addressed my concern. He went above and beyond; very professional, patient and customer service oriented. I would highly recommend him as employee of the month because he's a good asset to CFCU.
