I had a great experience opening an account at the Downtown location. Very friendly bank, especially Ms. Marshayla. They are able to print debit cards for new members right there on-the-spot!

Thanks for her plus she's a gem and the greatest credit union employee I've ever met or helped me in my whole entire life. She's the greatest. Thanks again for her Godly and top of the line workmanship. Ms. Miriam deserves rewards, raises, and acknowledgement for all she does in our changing world. She treated me with importance and I felt loved and happy to be apart of this credit union.

They r making it impossible for me to close my account. I’ve been a member for over 20 years and I have had problems every since. I called to close my account because I have that right n they took me through a series of questions that they thought I wouldn’t remember just to transfer me over to the department to close my account n then the rep brings up a line of credit from 2022 that has been long paid off as the reason she couldn’t close my account. I will call the better business bureau n c what I can do. This credit union is horrible. Every branch has different rules n they r very unprofessional even the customer service.
