Terrible customer relationship with staff. I called to get updates on my referral, only to be told they no longer accept my insurance, only to find out it was due to a different issue. I am not a child and when my body tells me I cannot perform a task, I don't push myself to please a staff member who did not understand that people come first. I am glad that person is no longer working for that location. And another issue I encountered with the receptionist is that she was non-transparent as to why my referral was redirected. When I called back the second time , she advised me of the real reason, which I feel should have been explained to me before the referral went out. This could have saved us all a big headache and lies. That is all I kept hearing-Redirected referral and no real explanation. My experience with is issue is unnerving and I was left feeling deserted and unappreciated. I am the patient , not a kickball. Please going forward know your place as a P. T Manager and treat people with dignity.
This review is for the Middleburg office: These folks are the best physical therapy team I've ever dealt with. I was feeling pretty weak after my surgery until I went here. This team works together to get you up, motivated and feeling better. I can't say enough about this group of professionals. Thank you for getting me back on track.
