I had nothing but issues using this title company I originally purchased the home and this title company was chosen. The amount needed at closing wasn't divulged to me until the day before the signing which happened to be a holiday and I was unable to move funds until the day of the closing because the banks were closed and was told I couldn't gain the keys to the property until the funds cleared this is even after telling the title company that having a closing date the day after a holiday would be problematic but I was insured it wouldn't be and it was. Once the funds cleared I was told that the seller forgot to leave the keys? Why wasn't this information given to me ahead of time? which was again an issue because I had movers scheduled to move in the day of closing and it was a last minute scramble to schedule everything since where I was moving to didn't allow weekend move-in dates. And lastly I just found out that the title company gave the tax appraiser's office the wrong mailing address I was wondering why I hadn't received a property tax bill so I ended up reaching out to the tax collector's office and found out they gave them the wrong address I had to file a dispute and corrected the address. I'm just glad I found this out before March 31st which if I didn't my tax payment will be considered delinquent. Not only did using this title company give me a bad experience purchasing my property. It also cost me more money than it should have because had I received my tax bill at the appropriate time I would have paid less than waiting until last minute. Do not use this company, I've purchased properties before and I've never had to deal with anything like this.
