I went to the MOVE class, lead by the owner Katie during BADDIE week and it was incredible! The playlist gets you pumped and helps you press through the burn. You get a killer workout, in a very intimate environment and the studio space is BEAUTIFUL! Runnnnn, don’t walk! 🫶🏾🪩👏🏾😍
Club KMO is my happy place! From weights to dance to step, I love it all, but Move (weights) is my favorite! You can go every day and never repeat the same workout, or double up with a Move and Vibe (dance) class without overdoing it. Small classes, great music, a beautiful, clean studio, and the BEST vibes. It’s the kind of place you actually look forward to going to every day!
I had such a great experience at this studio! The classes are fun, the space feels intimate, and the atmosphere is genuinely encouraging. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in, and the workout was incredibly effective. I left feeling stronger and already looking forward to coming back!
I love Club KMO! The instructors are so knowledgeable and caring, the space is beautiful, and it is a truly an elevated fitness experience! The Club is one of a kind and I'm so glad it found its way into our neighborhood! ✨🪩
