Let me tell ya, loved this gym. I was in the area for 5 days for a conference and hotel/resort gyms just don't cut it for me. I called them on a Sunday morning and someone answered on the second ring. Very pleasant, very informative, and very welcoming! My wife and I wanted to get passes and to my surprise they have a weekly couples pass! Perfect for our situation. My first question was what weight do the dumbbells go up to?? The pleasant voice replied 125 of course! I was sold. Now my actual experience at the gym... The door is controlled with an app and when you get a weekly pass you get app access and after hours access. Easy to get in the door. Now the gym literally has everything you can imagine. Rogue equipment everywhere, chalk, separate cardio floor, separate turf room, they even have an inverted squat machine! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. All smiles! The gym culture they have here is special. It really seemed like everyone said hi to each other and was extremely courteous. I can't rave enough about how awesome the atmosphere was inside! Locker room was very clean and had a sauna. They have a fridge with energy and proteins, and a health room with IV infusions. Really a top notch spot and would definitely return if I'm back in the area! Great job Club 14 Fitness!

It’s a relatively small gym compared to what I used to (my gym back home is very large) but don’t let that stop you, it has everything you need to build muscle and it gives me that old school bodybuilding gym vibe that I love. If you are here from out of town it is a great place to work out. I will $25 for day pass is a little crazy for what you get but it’s to be expected when traveling. Overall I give it two thumbs up.
I’ve been coming here since June 2025. It way definitely needed it and I appreciate it. I’m able to stay in contact with my running on the treadmill thank you so much.
My name is Becky and I’ve been going to Club 14 for over a year. I had meniscus knee surgery two years ago after which my knees were hurting almost every day. I started going to the gym, and lost 13 pounds, and after six months of twice a week fitness I rarely have any pain in my knees when I walk. I will never quit exercising. .
This is the best gym in all of Nassau County great atmosphere great people highly recommend this place for anyone in the area I travel from Yulee just to come here and pass by 3 other gyms just to come here great place
