Cindy Gregory, Fernandina Beach REALTOR®, Cabana Lane

Absolutely exceptional!!! Cindy goes above and beyond! She helped us navigate a very stressful sale and purchase within 4 weeks. She was always available to answer any questions, and now she helping us renovate and design our new home. She is truly the full package! I would highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs.

Cindy did an outstanding job representing us as out-of-state buyers of a new construction home. She kept us consistently informed throughout the building process, providing regular updates, photos, and videos. Cindy also coordinated seamlessly with the builder whenever needed. Her deep knowledge of Florida real estate and her attentiveness to our needs made a world of difference. As buyers unfamiliar with Florida transactions, we felt confident and protected knowing Cindy was looking out for our best interests. We’re incredibly thankful to have had her on our side—she was truly awesome!

Cindy was amazing to work with in relocating to Amelia Island from out of town! Her knowledge of the local market and service providers was instrumental both in making our offer and then moving things to closing quickly. Cindy is professional and detail oriented and made sure our interests were always represented. Not only do I now consider Cindy to be a friend, I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated realtor in Fernandina Beach.

If you plan to buy a home in the Fernandina Beach area, I highly recommend Cindy Gregory. We live out of state and had to do much of our search remotely but Cindy made the process so easy. She helped us find the perfect place in a short period of time and worked diligently during the inspection period to ensure our interests were protected. Thank you very much, Cindy!!
