Cindy Bleiel Realtor

Right property, right price and found the first day! Cindy found multiple available properties for us to look at that matched what we were looking for out of the property. We viewed 4 properties that met our criteria and made an offer all in one day. She reached out to the Clay Zoning Department and verified our intentions were valid for the type zoning, and got the closing setup and completed in less than a month! She is professional, communicates clearly in person and electronically, and is excellent at fact finding on different issues related to property purchases. Highly recommended using her for property purchases!

Working with Cindy during our home-buying journey was an absolute pleasure. From the start, she showed professionalism, expertise, and genuine care. Being new to the area, Cindy went above and beyond, recommending everything from pet care to restaurants. She listened to our needs, guided us through every step, and ensured we felt confident throughout. Her deep knowledge of the area helped us find the perfect location. If you want a dedicated, knowledgeable, and thoughtful realtor, Cindy is the one to call!
