I love this Chuze location! Despite it being an older location, the staff does a very good job maintaining the cleanliness and order of the gym. Also, every time I go in and Jose is working, my day gets better. He’s always friendly, happy to help, and outgoing!
Chuze Fitness on 103rd is truly my home away from home. I love that place and I have been going there for a little over three years now, the staff members are always very friendly. Sometimes the lady’s bathrooms are not as clean or supplied with toilet sit covers, but as far as the cleanliness it be some of the nasty gym members that are sloppy, not because the stuff aren’t doing their jobs. Overall, I would certainly recommend Chuze Fitness to anyone looking to get their fitness journey started or maintaining their fitness routine for the long haul.
First I like to mention the awesome customer service the whole staff does . second the equipment and facilities are very very good and very clean. Not that crowded either, anyway I am very happy to be part of this gym. Thanks guys awesome work
HATE IT! The charge back fees are insane. And they charge you to end the membership though they claim you can quit at anytime. They don’t mention you have to pay to quit. They make you pay crazy fees to access equipment that’s easily accessible at EVERY OTHER GYM n every city. Equipment is dated and old. Guess il just carry a balance here bc im not paying to stop going here.
I'm extremely disappointed with the condition of the studio room(dance it out) at this gym. The AC has been out for a long time, making the room extremely hot and uncomfortable, especially during workouts and classes. What concerns me even more is that there is now visible mold growing on the ceiling. This is completely unacceptable for a gym where members are paying to work out in what should be a clean, safe, and properly maintained environment. I understand repairs can take time, but allowing an ongoing AC issue to continue while visible mold develops is a serious maintenance and health concern. I really hope management addresses this immediately rather than continuing to leave members to work out in these conditions especially without offering some kind of membership discount for the inconvenience.
