Chuze Fitness

There’s never room in the kids club. Management never responds to emails. They have sporadic, unannounced closures so you show up and can’t workout. They require tanning googles or you can’t go tanning (which they never change the bulbs & one is broke so you always have to wait). The gym equipment is nice but definitely not worth the hassle! So frustrated with the horrible management!

I’ve been going to Chuze since they bought Baileys and I was going there as well. I’ve been to a lot of gyms, A LOT, and this place is amazing. The memberships are fair priced for what you get, the equipment is up to date at most locations, the staff is extremely friendly and able to answer questions related to the gym itself. All in all I highly recommend this establishment.

I absolutely love Chuze Fitness! The environment is always clean, welcoming, and positive. I especially want to recognize Bella and Joaquin from the front desk, as well as Saree from the Kids Club. Bella and Joaquin are always so kind, friendly, and helpful. They greet everyone with a smile and truly make you feel welcome every time you walk in. Saree in the Kids Club is amazing. She takes such great care of the children—she is patient, kind, and attentive. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing my child is in such good hands while I’m teaching my classes. All three of them are truly remarkable and make a big difference in my experience at the gym. I’m very grateful for them!

The new Matrix equipment after the rebrand is all SUPER uncomfortable and not anywhere near as size-inclusive as the Bailey'a Nautilus machines. I know, crazy concept, but women under 5'8" do actually work out and would like machines made for them, too. Chuze sucks.
