We hired Chris Sanders Construction to remodel our condo including drywall, flooring, cabinets, tile work, backsplash, kitchen, bathrooms and overall the changing of the layout of the space. Chris and team are great at brainstorming and coming up with modern and unique features to a space, which helped us build a high-end look for our spot. Chris was able to take what we wanted out of the house and make it so much more! Him and his crew gave us 100% of his focus on our project when he was with us, which was everyday to get the job done right and on time. Chris is very responsive and communicates updates, changes, needs, etc. His pricing is very competitive and he effectively breaks-down and communicates the pricing of the whole project and all of the smaller jobs within the remodel. We were recommended Chris Sanders Construction from our friends who had their home remodeled after the hurricanes and the quality of work he did in their place was outstanding and for the value was untouchable. Chris was able to instill the same high quality of work in our place from straight walls, grout lines, leveled and symmetrical everything, which is so important. We would highly recommend Chris Sanders for all types of construction/remodels! Plus, he's local St. Augustine so can get to the job quick and easy, if needed.
Chris is a true professional, skilled expert and a pleasure to work with. Many thanks for the magical transformation of bathrooms, kitchens and more. We have referred him to family, friends & business colleagues. They have all been very appreciative & complimentary. We are currently looking forward to working with Chris on our third project together.
Chris did an amazing job with our interior redesign! He set up shelving from scratch and coordinated everything smoothly with his team. The final setup looks fantastic. Super professional and highly recommended!
I have used Chris and his team on multiple projects. His dependability, quality of work, and outstanding customer service skills speak for themselves. He remodeled my entire home including leak repair, drywall work, door and window installation, flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, closet built-ins, crown molding, built a tree fort for the kids, outside shower and ac enclosure build out, and mud room built in. He tackles any project even when it is something new and does not end it until it looks like perfection. My neighbors, family and friends have also used him and his team on various projects. I can not recommend his company enough !
Highly recommend Chris. We had him update a new home with new doors, paint, lighting and fans. He took on the whole project without us being home, jumped right in and completed in a timely fashion. He communicated every step of the way with pictures, helpful tips, items completed and some that will need future updating. His finishing work on our new barn door is quality craftsmanship. His painting coworker Jessica is very talented and has great attention to detail. We haven't been back yet but Chris assured us if we had any open items to make a punch list and he would take care of it. I like a professional who stands behind his work. We will have Chris back for future projects. Thank you Chris and Jessica.
