Chop Shop Artisan Butcher SilverLeaf

Pretty disappointed with our experience, unsure if it’s because we came in an hour before close or caught them on a bad day. We weren’t welcomed by anybody when we came in, we were the only ones in the shop. I had asked if there was a way we could get some bone-in ribeyes, we were told all they had was the tomahawk or 1 dry aged. I needed 8 of them and asked if we wanted 8 was there any way we could make that happen (we didn’t need them today, could have got them tomorrow) and was told no, those were my only options or the ones without bones. Would have been happy to place an order for later pickup tomorrow or something but wasn’t offered any options. Just felt like they couldn’t be bothered to help us and felt uncomfortable the whole time.

happy to have this wonderful shop within a 20 minute drive. We went there for the first time today from Nocatee. We had joined the loyalty program which provided us with a good discount. The shop is beautifully set up, very clean, and offers a very good variety. Today we bought some fresh produce, local fish, homemade sausage, chicken stock, seafood soups homemade pate, smoked salmon and salmon salad. We will be back before long to purchase specialty dry aged steak, chicken and more.

I don’t think I’ve ever been angry at a butcher shop before. My wife normally doesn’t pick up steaks for us, but I told her she could come here and ask for 2 hangar steaks because this place was trust worthy. Oh my god do I regret that. They completely took advantage of her lack of knowledge. They cut this minced meat piece of beef and told her this is a normal hangar steak. This is completely unethical and this place should be ashamed. Never come here.
