We ordered two of their reasonably priced specials to go($7.59 each). I got the orange chicken and the wife ordered honey chicken. Both came with pork fried rice and an egg roll. The food was ready in less than 10 minutes. It was hot, fresh and tasted good. Dining area was tidy and table tops were clean. Counter person was polite enough. Place wasn't busy. We were the only customers. Only down side, the meal didn't come with free fortune cookies.
The food was edible but bland and both meals just tasted like soy sauce and nothing else, did not smell good.
The new owners have their children take everyone's orders and hand them out the food. I was overcharged for two orders of spring rolls and two orders of crab rangoons. I was only given three of my four spring rolls. Last time I checked children should not be working the counter and that is illegal.
Service is just always poor in general.. seems like they dont care because they are only chinese place in town.. no competition and it shows.
I just left there and purchased large chicken lo mein ($7.99) a large shrimp lo mein ($6.99) and 3 egg rolls ($1.20 a piece. These are all the prices on the menu. They charged me $29.99 and it should have been around $21.00 They argued with me and the cook was yelling at me. I will never ever go back again and will tell everyone.
