I went to Franklin over other competitors, because I am a firm believer in supporting local businesses. Greg Franklin was very welcoming went I visited the store, and he was patient with all of my questions. I am the novice with zero turns, but he made it easy. I debated between the ZT Elite, Maverick HD, and the Rebel. I ended up choosing the Rebel 61” with the Kawasaki FX1000V. They set up delivery and worked around my schedule. Calvin delivered it, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He showed me how to operate it, and spoke highly of his ties to the Franklin family. Overall, I am very pleased with the buying experience as well as the post purchase process. I would highly recommend Franklin’s to anyone looking for long term service you can rely on.
The people at Franklin Equipment Sales are top notch. I can remember a few years back, my lawnmower had broken down, and the gentleman referred me to a local mechanic that repaired my lawnmower. I tell that story, because at certain times a year, they only have time to service the equipment they sell. I sold that lawnmower, and purchased a brand new Bad Boy lawnmower, and I have never been disappointed. The employees at Franklin, I mean all them, including the very nice young lady that seats to the right as soon as you walk into the store. The sells/ service reps are very polite, and greet everyone with a smile, and they always acknowledge everyone when they walk into to the store, even if they are with a customer. Franklin is great for the Hilliard community, and I would always shop with them, and tell everyone I know, to shop where you’re treated like family. Thanks for all you do in our small town.
