Cute Lil General Store & Deli with classic toys for sale- the good ones with no batteries required! Delicious Italian Sub, Salt & Vinegar chips, and Root Beer lunch was just perfect!
I can’t count the times we have ate there and the different items we have tried! They have never failed us! Always delicious and great service! The place is clean and cute as a button! We will continue to go back and there are still new things we want to try! If you haven’t tried it you’re missing out ❤️❤️. These are just a few of the items not including the salads! Italian Sub, Clam Chowder, Meatball Bowl, Chicken Pot Pie Soup, Club Melt Sub, London Broil or Philly Cheesesteak Sub, Turkey Sub, Italian Melt on Potato Sub. There’s more but I’ll stop 🛑 there. The service is absolutely amazing! You couldn’t ask for better! Very friendly and helpful staff! We absolutely love it! That’s why we eat there at least 3 times a week, sometimes more!
Callie Kay's Seli and General Store is a blast from the past. The store is quaint and has lots of items you will not find in a big box store. The deli was run by friendly people, but the wait time was lengthy, and the food quality was just ok. Although they served Boars Head brands, the bread was not as fresh as I expected. Next time I am back in the area, I will definitely shop here for the unique jams, jellies, and pickled goods but will skip the sandwich from the deli.
Over a year ago we were regulars there because we live close by and we would get sandwiches at least 3 times a week and the bread started being stale every time. When i complained a number of times rather than fixing it, i was told not to come back again! Never has this happened anywhere and we have not gone back and we have told as many people as we can how we were treated.
Great hot sandwiches! Not a ton of places to sit for more than 4 people, but it was no problem to move a few chairs around. A little pricey for the area, but everything is Boars Head and fresh. Worth it.
