The benches are all broken at the playground they’re missing the 3rd beam. They have a huge ant issue. The pool guards won’t let kids jump in, use pool noodles or small floats even though there’s no lifeguard to cause an issue with them being able to watch people in the pool. There’s a reason it’s hardly ever busy. Basic pool and not allowed to let kids be kids at the pool. The pool was closed due to a broken pump and we didn’t receive an email updating us... they want your HOA $ but don’t communicate issues with you, don’t fix broken things on the playground. They need to update and fix the facilities. They should update the kids “pool” and add a splash pad or something fun. Almost all neighborhoods in the area have a fun pool or splash pad.
