If you need a house in Nassau County you should reach out to Charles Lasserre. He's been on the Island his whole life and knows it like the back of his hand. He will help you find your new home 🏡

As a real estate agent in PA, I always get curious when traveling about the local areas, what their prices and availability are like. I filled out a form on the Charles Lasserre website requesting info and got a call back from Jenny, who I found to be super friendly, helpful and down to earth as well as very knowledgeable about the area. I’ve sent her plenty of listings and she is always very responsive. Even though I haven’t bought my beach house yet, I have full confidence that Jenny will help me do it!
When my husband and I visited Amelia Island earlier this year, we found both Charles and Karen to be very helpful. They were very attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend them and use them as our agents.
Basically does nothing and gets paid for it. If I need anything done, I have to contact my landlord. Zero follow-up from Karen.
Great staff! Very friendly and willing to help.
