We cannot thank Cat enough for her help. She was incredibly amazing in helping us purchase a new home! She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions clearly! She maintained excellent communication and was willing to push others to make sure we followed our closing timeline. She made the process stress free and as easy as it could be! I will be recommending her to everyone I know who is looking to get into a new home!

Cat has proven she's an expert in her field. I am truly thankful that I was able to work alongside her on purchasing our first home. There was headaches, but cat and her team worked together fast and diligently on getting the information we needed in buying our home. I would recommend working with her to anyone, especially to new home buyers for the way she brakes down all the key details. Her explaining all the details helped show us how she was saving us money.
