Group classes are nicely varied and the practice from all instructors is wonderful! Clean and inviting with plenty of props to enhance or help your practice. Good class sizes. I think yoga studio fits yogis of all abilities.
I’ve been going to Casita since moving to Jax, 5 years ago. Just like the name of the studio, this space makes me feel at home. Katie has such a serene and calming presence. Every instructor that I have encountered has done amazing classes. Casita is definitely a place for everyone looking to practice yoga, whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner.
Casita Yoga Studio is such a gem! The space is beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming, making it so easy to unwind the moment you walk in. Katie, the owner and teacher, brings such warmth and care to every class. Her teaching style is clear, grounded, and encouraging, whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years. You can really feel the love and intention she’s put into creating this space and community. Highly recommend!
My favorite yoga studio, I’m so grateful Casita exists. Woman owned, accommodating for every body, online booking, amazing teachers and students. The culture of Casita is so welcoming and warm. I have been a member for 5 years and have enjoyed every class and workshop I’ve attended.
Such a warm and welcoming environment to build gratitude for your body and the practice. Katie always offers various modifications and has taught to to listen to my body as I take shapes. So thankful for this space ❤️
