Mark did a fabulous job and kept me entertained the whole time. He listened to me and my likes and dislikes and then made a few suggestions that were perfect for me. Everyone was friendly they made me feel as though I had been going there forever and it was only my first time. Highly recommend Casablanca Beauty Center.
i’ve gone back-and-forth since I left on trying to adjust and thinking that the color will maybe grow on me… But the more I think about it, the price I paid the length of time I was there 10 AM until 5 PM in a wheelchair at that being asked to transfer out of my Wheelchair, which I stated I was uncomfortable with from the start. All to have a color that is so drastically different from the pictures I provided and also the explanation I gave as well. not only that, but my hair is fried in which that is one thing I stated I wanted to avoid. I will say when I left the salon, of course my hair didn’t look fried or anything. It wasn’t until after my first wash that I noticed the breakage the split ends my hair Actually turned orange after the first wash and has turned more and more orange since I got it done a couple weeks ago. So first I would like to say I have gone from red to blonde many times before and every time all of my regular stylist and any stylist I’ve gone to for that matter have all stated that they couldn’t achieve the light blonde I wanted without coming for at least three visits. So I was shocked when I was told that it could be achieved in one setting so I’m new to the area. I’m from out of state and I need to find a new hairdresser and I thought maybe there was a special treatment they had to achieve that color that quick and avoid frying my hair I stated clearly from the beginning that I wanted to go back to blonde showed several pictures and after my hair was done and I was turned around to see it. My hair was dyed brown all over and had maybe two or three thin blonde streaks, which there was some kind of misunderstanding about what a balayage is, but I wouldn’t consider that a balayage nor was it even the right color. I hate to be that person that complains, but I was in utter shock when I turned around, and my hair was brown, and when I asked why I was given Foolish answer stating because I said that I wasn’t going back under the dryer because I basically almost fell out of my wheelchair during transfers that I was told I wouldn’t be able to get the blonde I wanted and we had to go brown in which that conversation never took place so I was completely displeased that I had sat there for hours already and didn’t anywhere close to what I explained and showed in pictures therefore we had to do the process all over again talk about a nightmare being in a wheelchair all day from 10 AM to 5 PM. I was literally without my Medication falling asleep in the chair several times. I simply stated I wanted To go back blonde With a balayage, so having my roots, dark going into heavy blonde, highlights and being told platinum blonde would be achievable That day After her, it was done for the second time I had an inch of dark brown roots, no highlights and brassy. Also, the roots were not blended into the hair so it looks like basically I have orange hair growing out of dark roots. I honestly didn’t have it in my heart to complain again so I definitely wasn’t going to sit there any longer. I asked how much I owed mainly for the reasons because it was a huge inconvenience to me and I didn’t have done what I was promised and assured that was possible to do and she responded. It’s not gonna be that much. I wouldn’t do you like that. I had opened up to her about my accident that I had gotten in last year that landed me in a chair and shared with her that I was on a fixed income. after all that I was charged over $300 and I’m not the kind of person that even though the whole experience was Completely disheartening, Extremely uncomfortable, & sit there all that time pay that much and do not be happy with the outcome Has really been weighing on me since I left It said and done now, but I definitely would not want this to happen to anyone else! so i would think twice if your getting your hair done by Trina. i’m giving two stars because the shampoo lady was so extremely nice and I enjoyed talking to her & how attentive she was. She really made me feel welcome during this whole process.
Steve was amazing in so many ways, he took the time to analyze what would look best for my face shape and lifestyle. He also worked with me on how to style it! It was not only an experience but he is so much fun to talk with. Great connection. I may be from Ga but I'll be back. Thanks Steve
Mark Meeks is a phenomenal stylist and colorist. I've gotten so many compliments on my hair! Thank you Mark and Casablanca salon for a great experience! I highly recommend!
My favorite place - Karl who is my stylist always provides the perfect feedback on hair choices you want to make, I never leave disappointed. Miranda is fabulous and brings her sparkling personality to everyone she touches as she shampoos/conditions your hair.
