CareSpot Urgent Care of Fleming Island

When one is in need of medical attention, its never a great feeling. However, the staff at CareSpot Fleming were exceptional. Amy, Melissa, and Toni (hoping I spelled all of your names correctly) all made me feel at ease and safe. Reviews matter, especially when your away from home. They have the highest positive reviews in the area for a reason. Thank you again for helping me, and not to forget the young lady at the front desk (I didn't get her name) she was pleasant and kind. Keep up the great work you all are doing!!!!

Lady with the black short hair at check in, is very rude and has no customer service skills. This place will lose business from her telling everyone if they dont like it they can go somewhere else. By the looks of past reviews they have an issue with the front desk workers. Looks like they need better training or new employees working the front desk where patients get the first experience with the place.

The PA was very nice and the process of getting my x-rays was fast. The only issue I had was that I called first to see if I could schedule an appointment and was told no. Then when we got there the first question was do you have an appointment? Not cool.

I went there to be seen about my right heel pain, I'm VA, so I know my benefits would have to be verified before I would be seen. The red headed receptionist said it would be an hour wait which I was ok with. In the hours time that I waited, I saw every walk-in get checked in and seen before the receptionist even started my confirmation. I saw her start to make the call to confirm my benefits so I stop her and told her to give me my information back. She complained that it would only take 5 seconds to verify my info. I ask her then why did it just take you an hour to pick up the phone to do it. She didn't say it but, they prioritized everyone that came in with a credit card over a veteran. I get service at the VA. This has got to be the worst treatment at the front desk I have ever received. Don't go here for urgent care if you are using VA benefits.
