From start to finish excellent experience. Front desk was polite and help me to use Care Credit acct for payment. The wait was not long. Kevin ( the tech) was awesome explained everything and had me in and out. Highly recommend Akumin.
In and out, check in good and had a Mammogram. Took me longer to take my top and bra off and back on than it did to have scan. Always enjoy going to the Fleming Island Akumin as they are efficient and quick.
Ms. Athenia (at the front desk) saved my whole day! There were so many mix ups with my orders not coming through to not coming in correctly. The whole staff was very warm and helpful, but Ms. Athenia is a STAR!! She went above and beyond to help resolve my issues and made a chaotic day a little easier to navigate.
Great experience and the people were fantastic. Just didn't love the phone reminder system. I did write a review about this experience but I'm not sure where it went. I say that to say they that they read my original review and called me to learn about my experience and discuss how they can improve it. That is amazing!
Came in as a walk-in. Was called back quick.Lady at front desk was great. Ultrasound lady was amazing. Wish I could remember their names.
