Last night, we visited Caps, and what a hidden gem it is. Tucked away in a secluded setting, it truly feels like your own private oasis. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted by valet parking, setting the tone for a great experience. The young staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant to talk with. The property is absolutely beautiful, with plenty of space to relax. The expansive deck is built around mature trees, creating a unique atmosphere, and the waterfront views are stunning. They even had staff serving guests on the dock, which was a nice touch. The drinks were phenomenal, and the fish bites appetizer was outstanding—crispy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Our entrées were just as impressive, well-prepared, delicious, and full of flavor. If you’re looking for a beautiful waterfront restaurant with great food, drinks, and service, I highly recommend Caps. It’s a true oasis, and we’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful waterfront view inside and outside bars, large deck overlooking the waterway. Coconut, shrimp, appetizer, grilled tuna sandwich. Tuna was over an inch thick absolutely delicious with a marmalade and wasabi over lettuce, Sea tuna with asparagus and a salad all absolutely delicious… Highly recommend a waitress Sam was over the top recommendations in such a delight. We tipped her well 😎😡
Definitely a 10/10 experience, I would suggest to get there about an hour and a half before sunset and request to sit by the water!! You will definitely have to wait about 30- an hour but it’s for sure worth it and while you wait you can grab a drink and an appetizer at the bar! We got the American dremin drink it was very refreshing and not too sweet, raw oysters, blackened scallops, seared tun, and the shrimp and scallops scampi! For sure a 10/10 experience between food service and atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!
BLUF: Be prepared to pay for Valet parking, bring cash! People come here for the atmosphere and this place delivers! The food is quite tasty and they have some decent choice of wines, local and import beers. You can't make reservations, but if you arrive around 4pm (when they open) you can get right in, but there is a early bird crowd.
Cap’s is a great place for families or just an anniversary dinner like I had tonight. The food was awesome, service started slow but got to excellent very quickly, atmosphere was just amazing… 90° at 8:00pm but gentle breeze from the water made it feel awesome. Great evening for Ms Peggy and me.
