I highly recommend them for any emergencies you have for your pet. I took my dog in after finding out from the vet he was in liver failure and needed overnight fluids and treatments. I was sent here, and they worked with me on price and were able to keep him comfortable and send me home with the right medication. He is doing better and better everyday. I definitely trust them!
My baby was rushed to Capital in need of a specialist on a rainy Friday night and we were not given much hope that she would love after Ingesting an object that had cause a serious obstruction for several days. Dr McCarthy saved her life but not just that, the techs and doctors in the days after that took every one of my calls. They allowed me to come and lay with her on a few occasions for serval hours where they bright in blankets and we laid nose to nose. I will never be able to express my gratitude. 🙏
Excellent highly recommend my Nemo was very critical diagnosed with dry FIP. Was hospitalized for 10 days in critical condition.Nemo is now home and he is healing. I can't say enough about the amazing job all the Doctors provided as well as the Vet techs. They keep you updated every step of the way.
This is the best emergency vet practice in Mandarin. Everyone at the practice showed compassion and care while taking care of our dog Cooper. They provided all the information we needed to make the best decision for our best boy. The surgeon was knowledgeable, experienced and they provided updates throughout and following the procedure. Cooper has returned to his normal routine of squirrel chasing and walks thanks to the amazing doctors who saved his life. We’ll take our fur babies here in the future for all urgent care needs.
The team at Capital Vets was knowledgeable and understood my concern when I took my fur baby in as an emergency visit. The team was compassionate and gentle towards her during hospitalization, and called me with updates and took the time to answer my questions both during hospitalization and at follow-up visits. I am greatful for the care they provided to help my baby recover! The only thing that surprised me was to have to pay a deposit that was almost the full price of the hospitalization when we first went in as an emergency, and I was not offered information on credits, discounts or other ways that might have helped me with such an unexpected financial strain.
