Cindy did an amazing job on my mani/Pedi!! She gave me exactly what I asked for and took her time to do an awesome job! I wanted orange tips (for Halloween) and Cindy went above and beyond to mix and make the color I wanted when it wasn't available from stock. Thank you Cindy and I'll definitely see y'all in a few weeks!
Came by because it is across the street from my house to try them out. They are under new management and it was WONDERFUL. I received a pedicure done by Thao and she put some work on my feet! Will be back! Scheduled my appointment so I don't have to wait as a walk-in!
Walked in around noon & there was absolutely no customers which was a red flag to me. Then there was this really bad smell in the place. I did enjoy the maintenance part of my pedicure which is what's the most important to me. After the maintenance portion was done & they let the water out, they have you sit at the table where they do nails & then you lift your leg up & place it on their knee & they paint your toes that way. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE doing it that way. Not liking the paint.
Pedicure was rushed through. Whole time she had an attitude. Nails was horribly done . Gel nail polish is lumpy and in some spots you can see through it .You can see the frustration in lynn’s face, as i told her that i didnt like my nails . I showed her photos & she said that she was able to achieve the style & shape . It was so hideous i told her to just polish my nails , obviously she could barely do that!
I love Cindy , Tony & Amy! I come every month always get me right . No complaints, great customer service, always ask if I like my design and experience. ❤️
