Monica is an awesome trainer. I was nervous to start due to my weight and being very out of shape, but she made me feel very comfortable. She took the time to set goals with me and assess my fitness level. I’ve given up on other exercise training before, but I look forward to my sessions with Monica. I like that it is a private one on one space. I’m learning lots of strength training and feel like she picks exercises I can actually do, which keeps me going. I look forward to continuing to work with her and seeing how my body transforms!

Monica is truly remarkable. She is detailed, kind, on time and everything you would want in a spray tan artist. Her attention to detail allows for a seamless tan with no orange colors. Truly fantastic work and stays consistent color for over a week even with multiple showers a day.

Monica is amazing! She has taken me from someone who did not care about strength to someone that looks forward to seeing change in my muscles! I have lost weight and inches, but more importantly gained confidence! She had been a great inspiration!
