I want to take a moment and give Brian his flowers. I’ve had a lot of bodywork done over the years, but this experience was different in the best way. Brian doesn’t just jump into the work. He takes his time and creates a space where your body can actually come out of that constant fight or flight mode before he even begins. That alone set the tone for everything. You can feel that he’s truly tuned in. His technique is intentional, intuitive, and not rushed. It’s not just about working on muscles, it feels like he’s working with your nervous system, your energy and your whole body. His space is clean, grounded, and peaceful. The energy in the room makes it easy to let go and just be. I walked in holding tension I didn’t even realize I had, and left feeling lighter, more open, and reset. If you’re looking for real bodywork, not just a quick massage, I highly recommend Brian. He’s doing something special.

I am a Ballroom Dance teacher constantly spending 40+ hours per week on the dance floor. I had issues with extreme tightness in my hips that was creating lower back pain. Brian helped me tremendously not only by applying his massage skills but also educating me how to properly stretch and hold my body in balance.
