My daughter introduced me to Body Balance after moving to Florida. I was really looking to resume Yoga and using a trainer to keep me in good condition for the other sports I participate in. I am delighted and keep thanking my daughter for guiding towards Pilates. I must say I am thrilled with all the guidance, advice and cooperationI received from Body Balance after working out for just a few months with very knowledgeable professionals.
I have taken several classes along with several private classes and have always been eager to go to them. They do a great job on mixing things up so your workout is never the same. Picture of my dog for attention 😁
HUGE FAN!!! Kind and knowledgeable. I am a retired physician assistant who worked in pain management treating low back pain for 25 years. The work done at the Body Balance Institute can cure low back pain. Now it requires effort yet with the expert guidance provided it is very possible. Gyrotonics is an amazing experience that I highly recommend. Allows you to learn your body while increasing the tone and elasticity. So grateful for my experience with Vicki Sullivan and the rest of the people that make up this great wellness organization.
A lot of "these places" can be a bit intimidating as the balance between women and men is overwhelming. However, this space is the right size for privacy, individual attention, and not feeling like everyone is watching you while you get your workout in. As a guy getting in shape, this is a great place to go!
I am a very happy client. Been working with Desiree for several months. I enjoy the process and it helps me both mentally and physically. After golf I don’t feel pain in my back like before. Overall a very casual and relaxed environment.
